Four climbs over Braddock Mountain, Raven Rock and the Catoctin Ridge starting at Frederick, going up to Sabillasville then back. 4000 feet of climbing in 52 miles. Anyone who yearns to return to last month's Bluemont Ridger will love this one. Ideal for anyone who intends to maintain their hard won aerobic base into the winter. Not ideal as a starter ride, or for non-cleated-road bikes. Read more
