 now how to repair a flat? How about the basic tools you'll need? Learn how 
 in this 1.5  hour class to teach you the basic skills that all cyclists sho
 uld know. \n\nEverybody is invited to participate in this 'hands on' class 
 where you will learn how to remove your wheel\, repair/replace a tire.  In 
 addition\, learn about safety cycling gear such as mirrors\, reflective ves
 ts and lights.  \n\nFor this class you will need to bring the following for
  the hands on instruction:\n\n- tire levers(2)\n- spare tube\n- bike wheel(
 1)\, you don't have to bring the whole bike for this one.\n\nNot unnecessar
 y for this class\, but is recommended  that you also bring a: \n- portable
