New to the sport of cycling? New to the area? New to the group? Looking for a new experience on two wheels? If you can answer 'yes' to any of these questions, then this is the forum for you.

The main forum topics include:

"The Century Objective: Riding to 100 on 2" - Whether it's 100km(65 miles) or 100 miles, the century without question, is the very first objective that many cyclists try to attain. Learn the how, where and why in this presentation.

"Touring Tennessee on Two Wheels" - Thinking about a vacation for next year? Consider participating in one of the many week long state rides that is held every year. Learn the details on this special topic from this recent trip across the Volunteer State.

"Going Beyond the Group Rides? Try Time Trialling" - When the terms 'time trial' and 'road racing' are mentioned, one immediately thinks about the 'elite only' competitive events . . . for the Lance Armstrongs of the world. However, did you know that there are racing events for anybody to participate in? This talk covers the training and measuring of your own pure effort against the clock. Modest performances are no barrier to enjoyment and self-improvement, as the speaker will testify.

Side Forums:
Basic Skills Class - View a demonstration on the basic skill that every cyclist should know: Fixing a flat tire. Basic Tools and procedure will be covered.

Riding Safety - Taking the leap from spinning class to trail riding or the trails to the open road? Learn about some of the stress relieving and life saving skills and tools to comfortably ride in and out of traffic.

The Residents Guide to Local Riding - Are you new to the area? New to cycling in the area? Then come by, meet fellow riders and pick up some maps or local riding brochures for suggested bike routes.
