"Hi Greg, I have been anxious to ride with your group, however I sense that I need to have a road bike. I just bought a hybrid. It seems like a lot of the rides I want to do are road bike, so I may have to invest in one soon. I guess my real question is, would I be able to join one of your meetups riding a hybrid until I get a road bike?

Hains Point "Loop d' Loop" Ride
"Depending on where you're coming from, the closest would most likely be the Smithsonian Metro Station(blue/orange line). Another option would be to take the Mt Vernon trail from Rosslyn, VA(Rosslyn Metro Station[orange/blue] line."

"Hi Stephen, Thanks for the posting. Most of the guidelines presented appear to be common sense and are applicable to any group riding situation. I'm surprised that there is no mention of music listening devices(i-pods, cel phones, etc)...."
