Introduction

Just got started in May. Looking for people who actually ride!!

Can you share more details on your biking group goals; type of bike you have, and do you have all bike gear? Have all of you posted a picture and read the RSVP rules on the -ABOUT US- Link? Will you sign the Liability Form?

I have a Marin road bike with lots of possibilities for upgrades. Looking forward to that! I have gear, but you can never have too much of it!

What major cross streets do you live near, any routes in town you'd like to share or try out with the group? How far are you willing to drive for a biking event? Are you here for exercise and/or socializing?

I live near Boulder Hwy/Lake Mead Pkwy in Henderson. I will drive about anywhere in this podunk little town called Las Vegas. I prefer if the ride is longer than my drive. Exercise? Nah, I just ride to get to Starbucks. Definitely like to socialize and meet other cyclists to ride with.

What days of the week are best for you to bike? Do know bike maintenance or like to learn? Need guidance or help with bike and accessory purchase info?

I prefer to ride on weekends. I could ride early mornings or evenings during the week.

How long have you been biking, how often do you ride, your average distance, speed and how comfortable are you riding on the streets? Or do you prefer bike paths only? Have you done or are you interested to train partial or full Centuries?

I started cycling in May 07. I ride almost every Saturday and Sunday. I prefer not fighting traffic when I ride. Most often I've done about 30 mile rides and I want to be able to do 50 easily. I will do the 1/2 Las Vegas Century in October. I'm not really training for it, eating cookies as I type this. I enjoy riding and just want to do more of it.

If you are an Advanced cyclist, are you ok riding with less experienced cyclists and are you willing to share knowledge with the group? ANYONE: Would you be willing to lead a group ride (group MUST stay together) or become an Assistant Organizer?

Intermediate cyclist, just starting to post some rides because I'm lonely! Where is everybody??
