Greetings to all.I organize progressive dinners in the Portsmouth,Boston and New York areas.A progressive dinner is served in several courses in several restaurants.It is built around an ingredient or theme.A theme might be a holiday or food history.Cooking styles include French,Indian,Vietnamese,Scandinavian,Korean,Ukrainian,Cuban,Israeli,Indonesian,Ethiopian and others.I sometimes offer wines from different regions.Also in the works are some very unusual culinary adventures.For more questions or information.
