HELP- NEED A BIKE ROUTE FROM WINTHROP (DEER ISLAND) TO BACK BAY

Im leaving in the morning to bike to Ptown and I live in Winthrop and dont have the route to get to back bay (where my map route starts). Does anyone know the route? I think you go through Chelsea??

I did this ride, but: there were a few flaws in the cue sheet, a few roads were not clearly marked, and a small portion was on crushed gravel... however I was able to follow it for the most part. Looking back, I would make a few changes to the route itself (see link below), but there is no GOOD route to get from Winthrop to Boston by bike. You may want to drive the route before you hop on your bike to see if you feel comfortable with the type of roads, but I am guessing that you are a serious & experienced cyclist if are riding from back bay all the way to p-town (Winthrop to p-town approx 140+ miles? WOW!)

I consider some of these roads POOR for cycling, but doable. Your best bet is to ride in a group so that cars can see you better. Good luck, and ride safe!
