novice mountain biking at Mianus

user 4617570 Stamford, CT Post #: 18	Hello ya'll I am considering hosting a novice mountain bike ride at Mianus in Greenwich; as an after work ride. We will start on the Stamford side and stay on the fire trails, which are not very technical. I was thinking hosting this ride on Tuesdays @ 6:30pm. Tuesdays, however are a tough night for me to make - I would have to let you know week of when you decide on the date. What upcoming date were you thinking of? Thurs and Fridays are def better nights for me to ride. If anyone is up for trail riding on weekends, please also let me know! KJK

I ride on Tuesdays in the regular Mianus MB ride with the Fairfield, Westchester (and Beyond) Mountain Biking Group. I am not an expert, maybe an intermediate level trail rider at best, but I ride Mianus every week; As a frequent rider at Mianus Park I am starting to memorize the trail system. If this ride goes down on Tuesday, I will skip the regular ride and will ride with you on the first day. If you do this ride on the weekend or another day, I will try to work it into my schedule. Riding Mianus park is fun and a great workout.

That said, there is nothing stopping others from doing weekend meetups. If there are others interested, then contact me and we can put one together. All I need it two people willing to Meetup and it is an event. E-mail me the day and place and I will put it on the calendar.
