We enjoy casual cycling at a variety of speeds and levels and like to socialize during the ride. We often get together after a ride for food and drinks. I am starting a meetup for women and their guests who are free to bike on the C&O Canal midweek (avoiding the typical weekend crowds). We will bike at moderate speeds suitable for varying towpath conditions, approximately 10-20 miles (from parking lot to designated point and back).
